นโยบาย Affiliate

1. หลักการสำคัญ
TuaTop แยก Affiliate ออกเป็น 2 ระบบ เพื่อให้เข้าใจเรื่องเงินชัดเจนและตรวจสอบได้:

สำคัญ: โดยปกติ TuaTop ไม่หัก platform fee จาก creator payout. ถ้ามีการเชิญ creator แล้วเกิด commission ให้ผู้แนะนำ เงินนั้นมาจากส่วนแบ่งรายได้ของ TuaTop หรือค่าบริการที่ merchant เป็นผู้จ่าย ไม่ใช่การหักเงินเพิ่มจาก creator.
2. Referral Affiliate
Referral Affiliate คือการชวนผู้ใช้ใหม่เข้าระบบ เมื่อผู้ที่ถูกชวนสร้างรายได้ที่เข้าเงื่อนไขให้ TuaTop ระบบจึงคำนวณ commission ให้ผู้แนะนำตาม tier.

รายการที่นับเป็นฐาน Referral Commission ได้
- platform fee ที่ merchant จ่ายให้ TuaTop จากงานหรือแคมเปญที่เข้าเงื่อนไข
- platform/service fee จาก product affiliate conversion ที่ผ่านเงื่อนไขและไม่มี refund/dispute/fraud hold
- Pro subscription หรือบริการเสริมที่ TuaTop กำหนดว่าเข้าเงื่อนไข
รายการที่ไม่ใช่ฐาน Referral Commission
- ค่าจ้างหรือ commission ที่ต้องจ่ายให้ creator
- เงินเติม Wallet เพราะเป็น customer deposit / prepaid balance
- ภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย (WHT), VAT, refund, cancelled order, fraud order, self-referral หรือธุรกรรมที่ยกเลิก
3. ตัวอย่าง Referral Affiliate

4. Merchant-Creator Product Affiliate
- merchant สร้าง campaign และกำหนดสินค้า, commission type, commission rate/fixed amount, cookie days, return window และเงื่อนไขโปรโมต
- creator join campaign เพื่อรับ share link หรือ coupon code แล้วโปรโมตตาม brief
- conversion อาจมาจาก Lazada Commerce OS, pixel snippet, webhook, coupon code หรือ Add Sale manual
- เมื่อ conversion ผ่านเงื่อนไข ระบบหัก Wallet ของ merchant เป็น commission ให้ creator + platform fee ของ TuaTop ที่รวม VAT แล้ว
- creator ได้รับ commission หลังพ้น return/dispute/fraud window ตามที่ campaign กำหนด
ตัวอย่าง: ยอดขาย ฿1,500, commission 10% = ฿150. ถ้า platform fee affiliate = 5% ของ commission จะเป็น ฿7.50. Wallet merchant ถูกหักรวม ฿157.50 เมื่อ conversion ผ่านเงื่อนไข. Creator ได้ commission ฿150 หลังพ้น return window.
5. Payout และภาษี
commission จะแสดงเป็น pending ก่อน และเปลี่ยนเป็น available เมื่อครบเงื่อนไข. การถอนทำตามกติกา Wallet เช่น KYC/Bookbank ผ่าน, ขั้นต่ำตามที่ระบบแสดง และอาจมีภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่ายตามกฎหมายไทย. ภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่ายเป็นภาษี ไม่ใช่รายได้ของ TuaTop และไม่ใช่ฐาน referral commission.
6. Platform Integration
- Lazada ใช้ผ่าน Commerce OS / Lazada Open Platform OAuth เมื่อร้านค้าเชื่อมต่อแล้ว
- Shopee และ TikTok Shop รอ partner/API approval
- Facebook, Instagram และ YouTube OAuth ปิดไว้ก่อนจนกว่า API และ approval พร้อมใช้งาน
- ระหว่างรอ integration เพิ่มเติม merchant ใช้ Pixel snippet, coupon code หรือ Add Sale manual ได้ตามที่ระบบรองรับ
7. Abuse Prevention
ห้าม self-referral, fake conversion, click spam, cookie stuffing, misleading promotion, coupon abuse, bot traffic หรือย้ายธุรกรรมออกนอก TuaTop. รายการที่ผิดกติกาอาจถูกยกเลิก commission, ระงับ payout, ส่ง admin review หรือระงับบัญชีตามความเหมาะสม.

อัปเดต Affiliate และ Commerce OS ล่าสุด
- Referral Affiliate คือการชวน merchant หรือ creator ใหม่ผ่านลิงก์/โค้ด และคำนวณส่วนแบ่งจากรายได้ที่ TuaTop ได้จริง เช่น platform fee, subscription หรือ paid service ที่เข้าเงื่อนไข ไม่ใช่หักจากรายได้ creator.
- Merchant-Creator Product Affiliate คือแคมเปญสินค้า/บริการที่ merchant กำหนด commission ต่อ order, link, coupon หรือ conversion ตามเงื่อนไข campaign.
- ช่องทาง tracking อาจใช้ Lazada Commerce OS, pixel snippet, webhook, coupon code, manual Add Sale หรือ provider console replay ตาม integration ที่เปิดใช้งาน.
- Commission อาจอยู่สถานะ pending จนพ้น return/dispute window และอาจถูก invalidate ถ้า order ถูกยกเลิก คืนสินค้า คืนเงิน ทุจริต หรือ tracking ไม่ถูกต้อง.
- Self-referral, click fraud, duplicate conversion, replay webhook, หรือการสร้างบัญชีปลอมเพื่อรับ commission เป็นพฤติกรรมต้องห้ามและอาจถูกระงับบัญชี/ยึด commission pending.

1. Core Principle
TuaTop separates affiliate activity into two programs so the money flow is clear and auditable:

Important: TuaTop normally does not deduct platform fees from creator payouts. If a referred creator generates referral commission for the inviter, that commission comes from eligible TuaTop revenue or merchant-paid service fees, not from an extra deduction from the creator.
2. Referral Affiliate
Referral Affiliate means inviting new users into TuaTop. When the referred user generates eligible TuaTop revenue, the system calculates commission for the referrer based on tier.

Eligible Referral Commission Basis
- platform fees paid by merchants to TuaTop for eligible jobs or campaigns
- platform/service fees from product affiliate conversions that pass refund, dispute, and fraud checks
- Pro subscriptions or other paid services explicitly marked by TuaTop as eligible
Not Included
- creator pay or creator commission that must be paid to a creator
- Wallet top-up deposits, because they are customer deposit / prepaid balance
- withholding tax, VAT, refunds, cancelled orders, fraud orders, self-referrals, or voided transactions
3. Referral Examples

4. Merchant-Creator Product Affiliate
- Merchants create campaigns and define products, commission type, commission rate/fixed amount, cookie days, return window, and promotion rules.
- Creators join campaigns to receive a share link or coupon code and promote according to the brief.
- Conversions may come from Lazada Commerce OS, pixel snippet, webhook, coupon code, or manual Add Sale.
- When a conversion passes checks, the merchant Wallet is charged for creator commission plus TuaTop platform fee, VAT included.
- Creators receive commission after the campaign return/dispute/fraud window.
Example: sale THB 1,500, creator commission 10% = THB 150. If affiliate platform fee is 5% of commission, the platform fee is THB 7.50. Merchant Wallet is charged THB 157.50 after the conversion passes checks. Creator receives THB 150 after the return window.
5. Payout and Tax
Commission is pending first and becomes available only after all conditions pass. Withdrawal follows Wallet rules such as KYC/Bookbank approval, minimum withdrawal shown in the app, and possible withholding tax under Thai law. Withholding tax is tax, not TuaTop revenue and not a referral commission basis.
6. Platform Integration
- Lazada is supported through Commerce OS / Lazada Open Platform OAuth when the shop is connected.
- Shopee and TikTok Shop are pending partner/API approval.
- Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube OAuth remain disabled until API access and approval are ready.
- While additional integrations are pending, merchants may use pixel snippet, coupon code, or manual Add Sale where supported.
7. Abuse Prevention
Self-referral, fake conversion, click spam, cookie stuffing, misleading promotion, coupon abuse, bot traffic, or moving transactions outside TuaTop are prohibited. Violations may cause commission cancellation, payout holds, admin review, or account suspension as appropriate.
8. Affiliate Contact
Affiliate questions may be sent through Support Chat or admin@tuatop.com.
Current Affiliate and Commerce OS Update
- Referral Affiliate means inviting a new merchant or creator by link/code. Commission is calculated from eligible TuaTop revenue such as platform fees, subscriptions, or paid services, not from creator payout.
- Merchant-Creator Product Affiliate means a merchant product/service campaign with commission per order, link, coupon, or conversion based on campaign terms.
- Tracking may use Lazada Commerce OS, pixel snippet, webhook, coupon code, manual Add Sale, or provider-console replay depending on the enabled integration.
- Commission may remain pending until the return/dispute window ends and may be invalidated if the order is cancelled, returned, refunded, fraudulent, or improperly tracked.
- Self-referral, click fraud, duplicate conversion, webhook replay abuse, or fake-account activity is prohibited and may lead to account suspension or forfeiture of pending commission.
